My enthusiasm to help others led me to begin this journey about 18 years ago when I studied medicine. Right after graduating from Medical School,I packed and went to rural areas of my country to help people in need. I worked as an ER doctor and treated many people suffering from all types of disorders and pain. During my tenure in General practice and in the Emergency room, I knew that prescribing medicine was not enough and there should be another way. Years later, when I immigrated to Canada, I was introduced to manual osteopathy as a holistic approach for many conditions that I previously treated with prescription drugs. I found this to be the missing link that I had been searching for all this time!

> Osteopathy teaches us the body is a self-healing unit with a close correlation between structure and function and in order to recover functionality, one should fix structure. Osteopathy techniques enable the body to heal itself in a natural way.

I use a combination of techniques that allow your body to regain its natural alignment to start the healing process. I offer a variety of manual osteopathy services from chronic pain relief to craniosacral therapy. Osteopathic Wellness services can also be used as a preventive measure to keep you pain free and enjoying life!!

While I am not working, I enjoy outdoor meditation. As a night-owl, I Love to read a book and sometimes write a poem. I never stopped being a night-thinker. I have been to 20 countries in 3 continents and 175 to go and my most precious collection is my travel pictures.

Jasmine is a Registered Acupuncturist in BC and Licensed Acupuncturist in Texas, holding diplomats from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is also a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.

Before pursuing education in Chinese Medicine and other energy modalities, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from EWHA Woman’s University.

While in nursing school, she realized the limitations of conventional medicine. Witnessing various unexplainable (healing) events in hospitals pushed her to study medicine from different perspectives.

Jasmine’s practice is founded on the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself.

As Dr. Bruce Lipton says, “Your biology is your biography.”

A part of the healing journey is to understand your personal story. The symptoms are merely the tip of the iceberg. The human body is so much more complex and requires more holistic solutions across physical, emotional, genetic, and environmental factors. A BodyTalk Practitioner is a narrator of that story.

Jasmine focuses on helping clients safely navigate the root of their problems and empowers them to achieve mind-body balance. Tailored sessions incorporate multiple modalities, including acupuncture, BodyTalk, and other consciousness-based methods.

Jasmine completed additional training in Auricular therapy, Mei Zen facial cosmetic acupuncture, Mei Zen weight loss/infertility acupuncture, Japanese facial rejuvenation technique, and all the advanced courses in BodyTalk training, including animal BodyTalk. She is also an Integrative Nutrition Health coach.

She has authored “Duru Indi,” a story of the teachings, wisdom, and humor delivered by a 4-legged guru, available on Amazon.
